2. Counter‑Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification. Your counter‑notice must include:

  1. Your full legal name
  2. Your contact information
  3. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Once a valid counter‑notice is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10–14 business days.

 

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate access to any user who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights.

 

 

4. Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false claims may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
