Processing Times

All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping promotions (when available) will automatically apply at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, we are not responsible for lost packages. If you need to update your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot replace orders marked as “Delivered.”

International Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Pre‑Orders & Made‑to‑Order Items

If your order includes pre‑order or made‑to‑order items, your entire order may ship together once all items are ready. Processing times will be noted on the product page.
